We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will replace it for you! All returns must be accompanied by the purchase Invoice or packing note. All prices are in NZ dollars.

If there is something you would like that is not on the website please contact us and we will try and get it for you

We endeavour to send out items within ten working days.  If the product you require is out of stock we will advise you of an expected delivery date.

 

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders are welcome and shipping rates are calculated according to the destination country and weight of the package. Customers can obtain a shipping quote by emailing sales.youngreflections@gmail.com

Please note we rely on courier  companies to provide delivery services but cannot guarantee delivery times.


 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We will refund faulty or damaged goods that are returned to us

However we are unable to accept CDs, or DVDs, as returns, unless the goods are faulty or factory sealed and unused.
Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days of your order being cancelled, but please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us if you haven't received your refund.
Please advise a bank account in NZ for the refund to be paid into.
